Edward Camillo Belletto, 91, of Oakdale passed away peacefully at his home on July 26, 2016. Ed was born the youngest child of Italian immigrants, Raymond and Margherita Belletto, on the family farm where he lived his entire life. He was a 1943 graduate of Oakdale High School. After graduation he served in the U.S. Navy stationed at Treasure Island and participated in the Okinawa Campaign. On May 7, 1949, he married 'the love of his life', Patricia Irwin. Dwain passed away at 84, while living at the Veterans Home in Livermore, Calif. He was the youngest of five children born to Cyrus and Blanche Smee. He grew up in Oakdale, Calif. He was preceded in death by his wife Rebecca Goodman Smee and daughter Cherie Lynn Smee-Sanders. He is survived by sons Mark Smee and Craig (Smee) Wilkinson.
