David Michael Vierra, 21, passed away quietly at home October 31, 2016 after a valiant battle with cancer. David graduated from Oakdale High School in 2013 and worked for the family at Vierra Bros. While in high school he was on the wrestling team and wrestled varsity his sophomore year. He spent his days hanging out with his brothers and friends, often at the ranch. Helen Louise Jones was born March 27, 1923 in Franklin, Texas to Tom and Ollar Vaughn. She died peacefully at home in Oakdale on October 25, 2016. A true child of the Great Depression, she worked in the fields to help support her family of 15. In 1938 she met the love of her life Allen J. Jones, a farmer from Arkansas.
