Oakdale Police Sergeant Benjamin Savage is this year's recipient of the MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) Award. Sergeant Savage was honored recently at the MADD Law Enforcement Recognition Luncheon at the California Agricultural Museum in Woodland. He and other officers from throughout the state were recognized for their efforts to stop the crime of Driving Under the Influence.
