Students of Knights Ferry Elementary School will soon reap the rewards of heroic proportion volunteer efforts. Earlier this year the 'little school on the hill' hosted its 20th Annual benefit dinner auction. As result the event netted a total of $53,000.

Modesto Junior College's 95th Commencement Ceremony is on Friday, April 28 at 6 p.m. in the Stadium on East Campus. A reception for MJC graduates and their guests is held immediately following the graduation ceremony in the Student Center Rotunda. Both the ceremony and reception are free and open to the public.

OJUSD Action Earns Reprieve For Taxpayers

Oakdale taxpayers are going to get a 'break' thanks to the due diligence and efforts of the Oakdale Joint Unified School District board of trustees. It will be a savings to the tune of $1.6 million, Superintendent of Schools Marc Malone shared with the public and board during Monday night's scheduled meeting, April 10.
