Film Fundraiser Slated

Get your tickets early for the upcoming Film 'Fun' Raiser for DKG Epsilon Nu Chapter. The event is scheduled for April 27 at the State Theatre, 1307 J St., downtown Modesto. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. on film day for wine, appetizers and raffle drawings. The movie 'Some Like It Hot' will be shown starting at 7 p.m.

Glow Red Event Celebrates American Heart Month

The month of February is American Heart Month and the first Friday is National Wear Red Day, which was celebrated at the Glow Red event sponsored by Doctors Medical Center (DMC) and the American Heart Association. The Friday, Feb. 3 event was designed to raise awareness about heart disease.
