Road Construction Continues on Oakdale Streets

Work crews have been out in force around Oakdale the last couple of weeks as part of a wide-ranging water line replacement project. Monday morning, the crews had part of West G Street blocked off as they continued the work, prompting a detour around the project area. The brief road closures have been scattered all around the downtown area and motorists are advised to be prepared for the occasional detours and traffic tie ups as the water line work continues.
