Late Mayor Garcia Honored With Tree Planting

On Saturday Oct. 30, Oakdale Mayor Farrell Jackson and his wife Gayle, joined the family of the late Mayor Elmo Garcia to accept, on behalf of the City of Oakdale, a tree that was donated by the family of Elmo Garcia. The day started off with a potluck luncheon at the residence of Alice Garcia and was attended by 45 family members and friends.
