Oakdale's FES Hall was packed on Monday night, March 30, as locals and out-of-towners feasted in a unique community fundraiser that helped support two organizations – the Oakdale Chamber of Commerce and the Oakdale Cowboy Museum. A hit and run accident resulted in this light pole going down on North Second Avenue, reported early Monday morning, March 24. The pole came down on the awning of the Oakdale MMA building and crews responded quickly, removing the damaged pole to make way for a new one.
