Grant Increases Benefit College-Bound Students

Average retail gasoline prices in Modesto have risen 5.3 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $2.48/gallon Sunday, Dec. 27 according to GasBuddy's daily survey of 201 gas outlets in Modesto.
