Chamber Responds To Council Allegations

Police Investigate Dead Body Found On Yosemite

The Oakdale Police Department is classifying the death of Michael Levi "Bobby" Fuller, 26, of Oakdale, as "suspicious" while they investigate the circumstances leading up to his death. Fuller's body was found behind 262 S. Yosemite Ave. on Wednesday morning, July 20.

At 8:51 a.m., Chris Ingham, the owner of Golden Arrow Archery, discovered the body lying on a picnic table and notified Oakdale Fire Department personnel who were conducting a training exercise at the rear of the fire station next to the parking lot.

Oakdale Business Center Opens

On Thursday, July 14, the city's Small Business Development Center at 142 South Second Avenue opened.

The endeavor is a partnership with the Stanislaus Economic Development Center and Workforce Alliance that has been providing business training in Oakdale for several years.
