Oakdale High senior golfer Ryan Jones carded a 70-stroke performance at The Reserve at Spanos Park in Stockton on Monday at the Sac-Joaquin Section Masters Championships. The effort allowed him to finish as the No. 2 individual to qualify for the NorCal Championships on May 21.
