Tennis Team Wins Pair Of VOL Matches

Early season success has found its way to the Oakdale High School girls tennis team in 2017. This past week Oakdale improved to 4-0 in Valley Oak League play after defeating Kimball and Lathrop.

Stampede Scoreboard

Week three action for the Oakdale Stampede saw a clean sweep for the young football players. All three levels of Stampede football were victorious inside The Corral over visiting Livingston.

Oakdale Freshmen Shut Out Tracy In Football Action

It was a bye week for the varsity and junior varsity football teams, but the freshman Mustang Ponies saddled up this past Thursday night at The Corral. Oakdale welcomed in Tracy for the Sept. 14 non-conference battle. The Mustangs wasted little time getting on the board and handled Tracy 35-0.

Oakdale Opens VOL Following Bye Week

Oakdale football is coming into Valley Oak League (VOL) action rested. The varsity team was on a bye this past Friday night and has its sights set on another VOL title. This Friday night Oakdale opens the season on the road when they travel to take on the East Union Lancers in Manteca.

Varsity Volleyball Girls Split Non-League Contests

Two games, two different outcomes for the OHS varsity volleyball team were featured on the court this past week. On Tuesday, Sept. 5 Oakdale defeated Escalon 3-2 in five sets but fell to Tracy on Thursday night at home 3-1 in non-conference action.
