He called Lisa at the Army Corp and she sent a Fish and Game person. Looking the bird over, he found burn marks; the eagle had flown into the power lines. They turned the bird over to Fish and Wildlife and they will see that Indian tribes will receive the feathers, as Indians are the only people allowed to have eagle feathers.
