This familiar scene will play out again on Saturday, March 31 at Kerr Park, at the end of North Stearns Road, as the Kiwanis Club of Oakdale and the City of Oakdale host the 12th annual Kids Spring Fest. There will be an egg hunt, games, face painting and more, with hot dogs served up as part of the festivities as well.
