At the MAC meeting last Thursday, the water toll issue with OID was discussed and the OID hasn’t done anything yet. There is a hearing on February 5th at 9:00 a.m. in the board room at OID in Oakdale on the water rights delivery system. All property owners should come. The California Highway Patrol reviewed what has been happening in the area, and that is not much! Nicholas Honchariw has come up again. Now he is suing the MAC and Stanislaus County for loss of revenue from income he has lost during the fight to build on Cemetery Road. The MAC held elections and Carla Doshas is President and Dolly Haskell is Secretary. Outgoing President Ric Feichter and past Secretary Shavon Haskell were commended for their dedication to the MAC. They will still be on the board.
