A girl, Maite Serrano-Aguayo, was born Sept. 21, 2012 to expectant parents Karina and Salomon Serrano of Escalon.
The newborn weighed eight pounds, eight ounces upon arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.
The mother is the former Karina Aguayo.
Welcoming home her new baby sister was big sister Julissa Serrano-Aguayo.
Ramona Medina Meza and Patricio Aguayo Aguilar of Mexico are the maternal grandparents.
Comsepcion Contreras and Raul Serrano of Mexico are the paternal grandparents.
