‘Old School’ Skill Reappears

Some local after school program students are taking a time-honored tradition and turning it into a new-found skill. Previously passed down to generations of girls by their mothers, some students in Magnolia Elementary School’s ASPIRE program are learning an old craft that’s new to them that they can use for fun, family, or a fashion career.
