Omar and Rosalba Ramirez of Riverbank welcomed the arrival of their daughter, Hailey Marie Ramirez, on Dec. 27, 2011. The newborn weighed nine pounds, two ounces upon arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.
The mother is the former Rosalba Olmos.
Welcoming the newcomer home was older sister Emily Rose Ramirez.
Salvador and Rosa Olmos of Riverbank are the maternal grandparents.
Roberto and Maria Ramirez of Modesto are the paternal grandparents.
