Christopher and Kimberly Dow of Oakdale welcomed the arrival of their daughter, Caitrionagh Grace Dow, on Nov. 8, 2011. The newborn weighed seven pounds upon arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.

The mother is the former Kimberly Blackhart.

Welcoming the newcomer home was older brother Iain.

Dr. Bruce and Laura Blackhart of Oakdale are the maternal grandparents.

Robert and Karen Dow and Chuck and Jackie Harris of Modesto are the paternal grandparents.
