Benjamin and Mayra De la O of Oakdale welcomed the arrival of their son, Guadalupe Jael De la O, on Nov. 3, 2011. The newborn weighed eight pounds, one ounce upon arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.

The mother is the former Mayra Vigil.

Welcoming the newcomer home were older siblings Victor and Gabriela.

Salvador and Gabriela Vigil of Stockton are the maternal grandparents.

Victor and Julia De la O of Guadalajara are paternal grandparents.
