Elsie Inez Espinola, 93, died Wednesday, June 15 at her Oakdale home.
She was a native of Hickman. She resided in Oakdale for 59 years.
Mrs. Espinola belonged to St. Mary’s Catholic Church, National Grange, Stanislaus-Tuolumne Pomona Grange #21, Waterford Grange #553, GWA Women’s Club, and UPPEC #129 Oakdale.
She is survived by her daughter, Beverly Goodner of Oakdale; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Espinola, Sr.; son, John Espinola, Jr.; two sisters; and two brothers.
A rosary was held June 19 at Oakdale Memorial Chapel. Mass was held June 20 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, with burial at Oaklawn Memorial Park.
