Jo Ann E. Warden, 92, of Waterford died Thursday, March 10 at Memorial Medical Center.

She was a native of Illinois. She lived in Waterford 24 years.

Mrs. Warden was a homemaker and owned Exclusive Knits for many years.

She was a member of the Cowbells and Eastern Star.

She is survived by her son, Jere J. Warden, Jr. of Waterford; one grandchild; and three great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, March 17 at Oakdale Memorial Chapel. A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. on Friday, March 18 at El Carmelo Cemetery, Pacific Grove.

Remembrances may be sent to Shriners Hospital for Children, 2425 Stockton Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95817.
