Miguel Padilla and April Silva of Hilmar welcomed the arrival of their daughter, Victoria Yazmine Padilla, on Jan. 20, 2011. The newborn weighed seven pounds, eight ounces upon arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.

Welcoming the newcomer home were older siblings Jadilynn, Liliana and Miguel Padilla, Jr.

Raymond Silva and Mary Ratcliffe are the maternal grandparents.
