Sergio Razo and Maria del Carmen Flores of Oakdale and Ocotlan, Jalisco, Mexico welcomed the arrival of their daughter, Hailey Razo, on Dec. 30, 2010. She weighed seven pounds, nine ounces upon arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.

Welcoming the newcomer home was older sister Jocelyn Razo.

Cirilo Flores and Hilda Flores of Oakdale and Ocotlan, Jalisco, Mexico are the maternal grandparents.

Antonio Razo Castellanos and Maria Guadalupe Andrade Rojas of Ocotlan, Jalisco, Mexico are the paternal grandparents.
