A girl, Maddisyn Rae Sanders, was born Nov. 27, 2010 to expectant parents Joshua Sanders and Britney Salyer of Oakdale. The newborn weighed eight pounds, eight ounces upon arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.

Stan Milam and Dianna Milam of Oakdale are the maternal grandparents.

Ben and Suzanne Sanders of Oakdale are paternal grandparents.
