Edward Benedix

Edward Roy Benedix, 65, of Riverbank died on Friday, June 19 of natural causes at Alexander Cohen Hospice House.
He was a native of Vernon, TX. He resided in Valley Home for 50 years and was a Stanislaus County resident for 60 years.
Mr. Benedix was a retired dairyman and security guard.
He was a member of Oakdale Saddle Club.
He is survived by his loving companion, Marcella Copp of Riverbank; children, Shannon Benedix of Hilmar, Billy Benedix of Riverbank, and Christina Mancuso of Vancouver, WA; sister, Joyce Lewis; and brother, Delbert Benedix; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held June 23 at Valley Home Memorial Park.
Remembrances may be made to Alexander Cohen Hospice House.
