Oakdale Police caught up with Friday night robbery suspects later in the evening at a disturbance call and two people were arrested as a result.

On Friday, Feb. 10 at around 9 p.m. the Oakdale Police Department received reports of several subjects attacking a couple in their vehicle at the McDonald’s drive-thru at 1322 E. F St.

According to the news release issued by the police department shortly before noon Saturday, officers on Friday night met with both victims upon arrival at the businesses, the two stating that they were in the line to enter the McDonald’s drive-thru when a blue Jeep Cherokee entered the parking lot and rammed into the rear side driver’s door of the their truck. Three white males exited the Jeep and approached the truck from both sides, while the driver remained in the vehicle. The suspects opened the truck’s doors and began assaulting two adult victims in the front seats while three children witnessed from the back seat. The suspects demanded money during the assault and the vehicle’s keys were taken. The suspects then fled the scene. The two adult victims suffered moderate facial injuries. The children in the back seat were not harmed.

Later in the evening, police received a call of a disturbance occurring in the 800 block of East E Street. During that investigation, officers realized the individuals involved were the same suspects from the robbery that occurred earlier at the McDonald’s and the described blue Jeep Cherokee from the robbery was also on scene.

Several subjects were contacted and identified as having various involvements in the assault and robbery incident. Kai Fierro, 21, and Kanoa Fierro, 20, were identified as prior assailants.
