Sad news in Valley Home. Our Valley Home community, really this entire area, has suffered a terrible loss with the passing of Ryan Russell. Ryan was a true Valley Home boy growing up along with his beloved brothers Randy and Danny Russell in Valley Home. The brothers spent much of their young lives on the irrigation ditches, pastures, creek banks in Valley Home and on the Stanislaus River in Knights Ferry. Ryan was a tremendous musician with many devoted fans throughout the area. He leaves behind many, many friends who were family to him. Ryan is the much loved son of Denise and Mike Russell of Valley Home. Mourning Ryan’s passing is his cherished wife Tara Russell and devoted niece Kimberly Russell along with sister-in-law Mandy Russell. Ryan’s passing will leave a void that will never be filled. He was so very special. We send our love and deepest sympathy to our dear Valley Home family. “May your heartbreak be eased by the many tender memories you will carry forever in your heart.”

One of the highest compliments that can be given to a father is a family man who always puts family first ... a man who loves his family with his whole heart ... a man who earns the title of being called “Dad” and “Grandpa” and is respected and loved by not only family but an entire community! Happy birthday to a wonderful man, our friend Mr. Russ Carpenter. Many blessings and happy returns of this very special day, Russ!
