Hector and Wanda Martinez of Oakdale welcomed the arrival of their daughter, Xiomara Anna Liz Martinez on April 1, 2010. The newborn weighed six pounds, seven ounces upon arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.
The mother is the former Wanda Lazaney.
Welcoming the newcomer home was older sister Erika L. Martinez.
Raul Lazaney and Aida L. Perez of Oakdale are the maternal grandparents.
Rogelio and Mara de la Luz Martinez of Fort Worth, Texas are paternal grandparents.
