Congratulations former Knights Ferry School students Daniel Gazdik and Audrey Mack on their graduation from Columbia College!

At the meeting of the Knights Ferry History and Museum Associates they reported on the sign to go on the highway to advertise Knights Ferry and working on getting gutters for Miller’s Hall. The Peddlers Faire was a success and everyone seemed happy with the day.

Carol Davis is home recovering from hip replacement surgery. She has to slow down, not easy for her to do, but she is minding doctor’s orders.

Don and Gayle Diltz celebrated Mother’s Day on Saturday in Livermore with Gayle’s mom, Phyllis (age 97) and Gayle’s sister. They went out to brunch. On Sunday Don and Gayle’s oldest daughter Kristine and granddaughter Alexandra took them to the beach at Capitola where they enjoyed the day.

The Oak Grove Cemetery has been cleaned of the dry grass thanks to Allen Calderon and his crew!

The Knights Ferry Garden Club awarded a scholarship to Charles Wong and the Knights Ferry Community Club awarded a scholarship to Alissa Baize at Oakdale High School’s award ceremony.

Knights Ferry School received $140.10 from Box Tops and $441.81 from SHARES (Jan-March). Keep saving box tops and using the SHARES card during the summer!

Knights Ferry School will have their graduation on June 3rd at 7 p.m. at the school.
