Knights Ferry News for December 16, 2009

POSTED December 15, 2009 1:32 p.m.

The Ulrich family held their annual Christmas party at the I.O.O.F. Hall last Saturday. There were 4 generations represented, with a lot of children this year. Betty Rogers was the oldest Ulrich in attendance and Paisley Vargas was the youngest. Laura Simons led the children in singing Christmas Carols, accompanied by Rick Starbuck on guitar. Taryn Goehring announced her engagement. Bobby McCoy is in Iraq and was in their prayers. Santa came after dinner and the children received presents from the “jolly old elf.” It was a fabulous evening.
